Abel Gonzalez brings over nine years of hands-on experience in the HVAC and construction industries. He began his career working in commercial construction as a duct installer and project support team member while completing his education, eventually advancing into assistant project management roles. Along the way, he developed a strong foundation across mechanical systems, including exposure to plumbing and field operations, which now informs his practical, solutions-oriented approach to sales. Abel is known for his “can-do, will-do” mindset and commitment to supporting customers in the field. Outside of work, he is a CrossFit instructor, ultra-marathon runner, and weekend DJ.
Tim Stech is a Central Texas native with over 15 years of experience in commercial HVAC sales and sales management. A graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Civil Engineering, Tim has built his career serving contractors and end users across Austin, San Antonio, Waco, and the DFW markets. His expertise includes commercial HVAC systems as well as hydronic and steam boiler applications for commercial and light industrial projects. Tim is known for his technical knowledge, responsiveness, and long-standing customer relationships. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, including hiking, hunting, fishing, golfing, and snowboarding.
Colton Comalander is a San Antonio native who brings a diverse sales background spanning both the HVAC and medical device industries. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences with a minor in Business from Texas A&M University before beginning his career working with small and mid-sized businesses, including those in the HVAC sector. He later spent five years in Dallas in medical device sales, collaborating with physicians and executive leadership at major healthcare systems and serving on an industry advisory board for the University of Texas at Dallas Engineering Department. Now back in San Antonio, Colton leverages his high-energy approach, strong work ethic, and relationship-driven mindset to support commercial HVAC clients across South Texas. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, fitness, hunting and fishing, and traveling.
Originally from San Antonio, Jason Lamance earned a Business degree from UTSA and spent his first few years after graduating as a homebuilder for Perry and Newmark Homes in the Austin market. During the housing decline in 2008, Jason transitioned into an Outside Sales role in the HVAC industry where he was able to thrive by blending technical skill sets with customer-focused interactions. Sixteen years later, Jason joined Lashley in November of 2024 and continues to provide experience, transparency, and effective solutions to every project.
Dennis Flores brings over 20 years of HVAC experience, with a strong background in airflow products and customer-focused sales. He began his career in 2005 with McGill AirFlow before joining Lashley South Texas in 2016. Dennis is known for his deep product knowledge, responsiveness, and ability to consistently exceed customer expectations, resulting in long-term relationships and repeat business. Dennis holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. Fluent in Spanish, Dennis is a valuable resource for a diverse customer base. Outside of work, he enjoys attending his daughter’s dance performances and his son’s sports games, and he is an avid Texas Longhorns fan.
Ted Liljenwall is the founder of Lashley South Texas and brings more than 30 years of experience in the HVAC industry. In 2006, he expanded the business by acquiring the Austin, Corpus Christi, and San Antonio operations, establishing the platform that is now Lashley South Texas. Ted has played a key role in building long-standing relationships with manufacturers and customers throughout the region. He is an active member of ASHRAE and is involved in several community organizations, including the Texas Cavaliers, San Antonio Livestock Exposition, and the Christus Children’s Foundation. Outside of work, Ted enjoys pickleball, University of Texas athletics, and spending time with his family on the water and on the slopes.
Asrar Hasan serves as an Inside Sales Engineer with over five years of experience supporting technical sales and project execution. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Engineering Management. With professional experience spanning the Middle East, India, and the United States, Asrar brings a global perspective and a thoughtful, analytical approach to solving both technical and business challenges. He is focused on delivering efficient, accurate solutions and supporting the broader sales team in meeting customer needs.
Ahmed Mirza is an Inside Sales Representative with a background that combines hands-on HVAC engineering experience with customer-focused sales support. He brings over multiple years of experience in sales and HVAC Engineering. He has worked on a range of commercial projects including chilled water systems, ducting, piping, and kitchen ventilation across both low- and high-rise buildings. Ahmed holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Engineering Management, allowing him to approach projects with both technical depth and practical business insight. He is known for his strong communication skills, responsiveness, and problem-solving mindset, and plays a key role in supporting customers and the broader sales team. Outside of work, Ahmed enjoys staying active through sports and fitness, including cricket, football, and golf, as well as spending time with friends and family.
